Lesson start at 09:30am at Hove Lagoon, just 3 miles west of the pier right on the seafront. After signing in your instructor will greet you and get you changed into wetsuits, which we provide. You will then have a short onland demonstration before heading out on to the safe and shallow waters of Hove Lagoon. The lagoon is only 1 metre deep so you can touch the bottom and get off and walk to the side at any time. You will start by learning two get up and windsurfing, before learning to turn around. You will be windsurfing, you may not have much control yet but you will be windsurfing ! Success is guaranteed - we will get you Windsurfing. The lesson will end at 12:30pm. After your lesson you can relax in our cafe. Members of your party not taking part can watch the activities from our cafe. The price includes all equipment hire and tuition. you will need to bring swimming costume and a towel.
